Parking Decal Application

Student Drivers who will be parking their vehicle at John I. Leonard will need to obtain a JILHS parking decal. Please complete both the Parking Permit Form, PBSD form 1974, and submit $70 in either cash, check, or by going to School Cash Online. Decals will be issued once the completed forms and payment is received.
